Microsoft Teams SMS Compliance Notice
The following attestation applies solely to our Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service and does not describe our other messaging programs (including the A2P 10DLC internal employee notifications program described below).
To meet Microsoft Teams SMS enablement requirements, we affirm that, for the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service only:
- SMS communications sent through the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service are strictly one-to-one and manually initiated by assigned employees.
- Within this service, we do not send promotional or automated messages.
- Within this service, we do not use APIs or bots to send SMS messages.
- Each message thread in this service is tied to a specific user for support or registration purposes.
For the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for more information. Standard message and data rates may apply.
A2P 10DLC Internal Employee Notifications Program
Separately from the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service described above, BSCNSLTNG.COM LLC operates an internal operational SMS program delivered over A2P 10DLC.
- Purpose: Internal operational SMS alerts to BSCNSLTNG employees, including maintenance window notices, incident and outage alerts, and product/service updates for internally managed systems.
- Audience: BSCNSLTNG.COM LLC employees and staff only. These messages are not sent to the general public or to customers.
- Delivery: Messages are sent programmatically via a licensed messaging provider (Twilio) over A2P 10DLC.
- Opt-in: Enrollment is optional. Employees opt in manually during the onboarding process when they are hired by providing their mobile number and consenting to receive operational SMS alerts and notifications related to internally managed services and products, or by texting START to the designated number.
- Message frequency: Varies based on operational events.
- Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out and help: Reply STOP, STOPALL, OPT OUT, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance. For support, contact support@bscnsltng.com.
- Data sharing: We do not share opt-in data or mobile numbers collected for this program with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information We Collect
- Identifiers: Your name, email address, phone number, and company information provided during account creation or contact.
- Communication Data: Information contained in emails, chat messages, and SMS/MMS text messages exchanged with us.
- Technical Data: Device type, IP address, browser, operating system, and usage analytics.
- Billing Information: Payment details, invoices, and transaction records related to services we provide.
SMS and Text Messaging Data
When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile number and related metadata (timestamps, delivery status, carrier). Message content is limited to one-to-one transactional or informational communications such as service updates, appointment confirmations, billing notices, or support notifications.
