The following attestation applies solely to our Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service and does not describe our other messaging programs (including the A2P 10DLC internal employee notifications program described below).
For the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service, this SMS Terms of Use statement complies with Microsoft Teams SMS enablement requirements. Within the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service only, this service is strictly limited to one-to-one, employee-initiated communication and does not include mass marketing, promotional, or API-automated messages. Each phone number used within this Microsoft Teams Phone SMS program is allocated to a specific employee of BSCNSLTNG.COM LLC for direct customer communication.
For the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service, message frequency varies and may be based on support inquiries, registration help (e.g., WhatsApp Business), or other individual interactions. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
Separately from the Microsoft Teams Phone SMS service described above, BSCNSLTNG.COM LLC operates an internal operational SMS program delivered over A2P 10DLC. The following terms apply to that program.
